WHAT IS A MENTOR?

A mentor is an experienced parent who will provide friendship, support, advice and a positive example. The goal of a mentor is to help youth reach their potential either personally or professionally.

WHAT IS MENTORING

A mentoring is caring supplemented with practical guidance. Mentors meet with young parents for six hours per month and work closely with the mentee and program coordinator to promote an effective relationship.
